No. You can book directly. If you're entitled to physiotherapy through your GP, we register it automatically.
For chronic conditions with an authorised therapist, most people get partial refund. We handle the paperwork — you don't need to think about it.
Workout clothes you can move in. We test movement, not just palpate — so loose is better than tight.
First assessments and standard sessions are 60 minutes. Follow-ups can be 30 or 45. We never double-book — your time is yours.
Usually yes. For acute issues, call in the morning — we fill cancellations first. Otherwise book online, we often have a slot within 1–2 days.
